We are seeking an experienced Finance Officer - Accounts Receivable to provide efficient and accurate processing of company income, ensuring accuracy of data and that monies are received within established time limits.

This role is a high volume, AR role, and with tasks including:

- Ensure all invoices are created and processed accurately into the company accounting software and remitted to customers within company timeframes
- Review purchase orders and ensure invoices are prepared accurately
- Monitor outstanding back-charge accounts and invoice relevant company in a timely manner
- Ensure all intercompany invoices are created and processed into the company accounting software
- Regular follow up on outstanding debtors
- Provide monthly aged debts reporting to senior management
- Ensure minimisation of bad / doubtful debts
- Ensure that all customer receipts are received within agreed timeframes

You will bring with you:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Demonstrated high level of accuracy, attention to detail and organisation skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS office including Excel
- Experience with JDE accounting program highly regarded
