We are looking for Home Care Assistants to join the 100-year old Respect business at a time of expansion. You will form part of the new team to deliver individual, personalised care to our clients so they can continue to live in their home and focus on their quality of life.

Respect Group Limited is a rapidly growing, not-for-profit, progressive, and purpose-driven aged care and retirement living provider that operates across Tasmania, Victoria, and New South Wales. Respect is known for the great care we provide to our clients and the supportive and respectful working environment for our employees.

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Home Care Assistants to join our Home Care business on a part-time and casual basis. We have multiple positions available at various Western Sydney and South Western Sydney.

**Requirements**:
**What you can bring to the role**:

- A genuine passion for caring for the elderly
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A flexible approach - _we flex with you_
- Respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation
- Certificate III in Individual Support or the desire to pursue
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination (including the booster)
- Previous experience in aged care is desirable
