Shape Gunawirras strategic clinical agenda by managing key projects and overseeing the development of new and existing programs, policies and procedures and ethical guidelines. Manage a clinical team to ensure the promotion of healthy links between mother and child, to reduce the impact of intergenerational trauma in Aboriginal families.

Manage and co-ordinate clinical programs and staff, including oversight of individual and group programs and ensure all appropriate clinical record-keeping.

Provide clinical services and submitting monthly written reports.

Co-ordinate clinical policy development, ensuring all programs are appropriately researched and evaluated

Co-ordinate and supervise student placements and internships and administrative tasks where needed.

Work with the appropriate cultural custodians to ensure that all programs are culturally relevant and responsive to the needs of Aboriginal families

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: $78,878.63 - $119,788.78 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
