Glascott are seeking a **Horticulturist / Qualified Greenkeeper** for our high-performing and friendly team located in the **Sydney region**.

**Responsibilities include**:
- Leadership of a small team of Ground Persons
- Client liaison and relationship building
- Management of projects to ensure that agreed outcomes are achieved within time and budgets.
- Supporting various landscape management duties as required, including:
- Mowing
- Mulching
- Pruning
- Pest and disease identification
- Hedging and weeding
- Machinery operation, care, and maintenance
**About you**:
- Manual drivers’ licence
- Minimum Certificate III in Sports Turf Management (Desirable)
- Experience in, and an understanding of, annual turf renovation practices and requirements (Desirable)
- Competency in reel-mower maintenance and operation including height adjustments, reel to bedknife tuning and backlapping
- Chemcert accredited
- Valid white card
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service focus is essential
- Prior experience leading a highly engaged team
