
Service Agreement Support Officer

**THE ROLE**
The Service Agreement Support Officer - Reporting Analyst supports the delivery of high-quality data analysis and performance reporting relating to the department's service agreements with funded organisations. Working under the guidance of the Manager, Service Agreement Performance Analysis, the role contributes to the effective oversight of service delivery by leveraging data insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
The position also collaborates with stakeholders and contributes to the design, development and testing of business improvement and reporting enhancements to streamline and automate analytical functions.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Extract, analyse and interpret data from the Service Agreement Management System (SAMS2) and other relevant sources to support performance reporting and contract management activities.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely performance reports, dashboards and analysis to meet internal and external reporting requirements.
- Contribute to the development and review of performance measures, reporting methodologies and benchmarking practices in consultation with team members and stakeholders.
