I am seeking an experienced Test Manager for my client in Melbourne to take up a 12 months contract with a view of extension.

**Your day at NTT**
- 8+ years’ experience covering all aspects of the test lifecycle including 5 or more years in a Test Management/Consultancy role
- Experience managing testing in a multi-team agile development
- Experience managing the implementation and utilisation of test automation across the full test lifecycle
- Experience managing the delivery of non-functional testing, i.e. performance, disaster recovery
- Proven record of working with senior IT and Business stakeholders to obtain alignment on test approach and ongoing communication of delivery risks and status
- Understanding of Telco networks and technologies
- Experience with confluence, jira and service now

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Development & Maintenance of Service Team Test Plan as it aligns with nbn overarching Test Strategy
- Ensure compliance with nbn IT Design & Deliver processes, practices and standards as well as wider nbn policies and controls.
- Planning & co-ordination of testing within and across Service Teams
- Mentoring and coaching in agile test techniques & practices
- Contributing to Communities of Practice, Retrospectives and Continuous Improvement
