**About the role**:

As a DES Regional Manager, you will lead and develop high performing teams managing the successful delivery of Disability Employment Services Contract across Bayside/Peninsula Victoria and ACT region and Wollongong.

In this role you will ensure jobseekers, clients and stakeholders receive quality services. You will work with the Business Managers to ensure government key performance indicators and contractual obligations are met and exceeded.

Working as part of the senior leadership team you will lead the implementation of Employment Services strategies and activities in your region, review budgets and manage the operations of service delivery and performance.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Regional or multi-site management experience gained in the Employment Services sector.
- Proven ability to confidently lead, inspire and motivate staff based across multiple sites.
- Sound knowledge of Employment Services at a senior management level.
- Strong focus on driving continuous improvement in a changing work environment.
- A results and outcomes focused approach with the ability to drive KPIs and targets.
- Effective interpersonal and time management skills.
- A driving licence and a willingness to travel one week per month, intra and interstate.
