Our client is a global company that offers electronic products for home, office and industrial use. They are looking for a PR and Communications Manager to join their growing team.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, the main responsibilities include the following:

- Manage the development and execution of the PR and Communications strategy
- Maintain brand identity in line with the guidelines
- Write PR content for external communications for media publication, press releases, case studies and other editorial content
- Project manage and support the relationship with the PR agency, including managing regular meetings and working with the agency to respond to media enquiries, outbound pitching, scheduling interviews, etc.
- Be the main point of contact and organiser for activating contracts with corporate sponsors
- Manage all Award contracts for consumer awards like Choice and Product Review. Activate PR and project manage approvals from awarding companies with the rest of the team
- Be responsible for monthly and quarterly PR and communications reporting, presentations, monitoring and tracking media mention
- Project manage all hospitality events including, new product launches, promoting existing products, liaising with relevant publications and journalists and getting them to attend
- Manage hospitality events both internally and externally, including PR, PR Studies (in conjunction with the PR agency) and manage launch events
Manage and support PR market research to identify opportunities & develop new product launches
- Participate in providing alternative solutions in campaign and overall Brand Strategy for the company
- Manage the reporting of the phone systems, they are part of the reporting for goal achievements on call to actions

YOU:

- A naturally inquisitive mindset, you will be solutions and results oriented with an ability to grasp the bigger picture and formulate a plan of attack
- A positive attitude and a collaborative approach, together with the ability to challenge and be challenged, as this will set you up for success
- You will have gained prior experience accelerating Communications growth within the electronic products market for both B2C and B2B clients
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is a must
