We are looking for compassionate and experienced individuals to join our team as Support Workers, specializing in assisting participants who exhibit behaviours of concern. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering care and support tailored to the unique needs of each individual, empowering them to live more independently and lead meaningful, enriched lives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide one-on-one support to participants, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Promote independence and self-sufficiency by encouraging and teaching life skills.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment where participants can thrive.
- Maintain accurate and confidential participant records.
- Communicate effectively with participants, their families, and the care team.

**Qualifications**:
- Cert III/IV in Disability or equivalent.
- NDIS Screening Check
- NDIS Induction Module
- NDIS Orientation Module
- Previous experience in a support worker role or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on others' lives.
- Ability to adapt to various participant needs and preferences.
- First Aid and CPR
