**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Project Coordinator, you will be expected to assist the wider project team in the effective management of all phases of smaller/less complex projects from initial establishment to handover and project closure. The role requires technical knowledge and will require the use of JLL systems, processes, policies and technology with the support of the projects team to deliver exceptional outcomes for JLL and our clients.
**An Overview of the role**:
Assist in the production of monthly project deliverables including Project Delivery Plans, Monthly Status Reports, Anticipated Cost Reports and Meeting Agendas and Minutes
Assist in maintaining a detailed project programme which outlines clear milestones and objectives to ensure successful project delivery
Preparation of Project Control Group reports and attend these meetings
Drafting of Vendor Request for Proposal
Participate in value engineering, buildability analysis and assist in critically reviewing designs and documentation to minimise risk and maximise outcomes
Conduct vendor contract administration professionally and in accordance with specified legal requirements
Involvement in maintaining anticipated cost reports, including cash flows and accruals. Ensure invoices from vendors are submitted in a timely manner
Maintain JLL OH&S, environmental and quality standards across the assigned site
Participate in project close out, particularly financial close out and required contractual documents
Build and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders and liaise with multiple organisational levels
Participate in analysis of completed projects to promote success and lessons learnt
**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Sound technical knowledge of construction project management processes or currently working towards this goal
Understanding of responsibilities and accountabilities of JLL and relevant stakeholders within a project
Basic understanding of different delivery methods (Project Management, Construction Management, Managing Contractor, Warranted Price, Lump Sum etc)
Degree in Project or Construction Management related discipline or a combination of formal education and experience exceeding 2 years in a field related to design, construction or project management
Receptive to plans and performance feedback
Effective listening and confident communication skills
