The position at Sunshine Coast Airport:

The role supports an airport parking operation, focusing on reliable performance of designated parking facilities, delivering exceptional customer service and high-level car park presentation. With support from the Business Manager Operations, it involves effective management of personnel, facilities and equipment to deliver quality service to stakeholders, while maintaining process and accountability controls and managing revenue streams.

Responsibilities

- Provision of quality customer service.
- Lead a small carpark team through day-to-day operations and procedures.
- Manage curb-side and ground transport areas of the airport.
- Manage rosters to meet the carpark’s needs.
- Field customer enquiries and communications.
- Stakeholder engagement with client(s) and contractors.
- Recruit and train new staff.

Role requirements / Qualifications

- Previous experience in a retail environment providing customer service.
- Experience in roles that provided leadership of staff and/or teams preferred.
- Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
- A willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Good computer literacy skills with proficiency in Email, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Full Driver's licence with excellent driving skills.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.

Given the precinct where the candidate will be based, there will be a requirement for a national police check.

In addition to standard Award Employment Conditions, you will receive uniforms, appropriate training and free parking when working.
