Sportscape Constructions is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team.

**About the Role**:
Working closely with the management team, this role requires a proactive and dynamic individual with hands-on experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of a civil construction site. Your duties will include:

- Leading a team to deliver high quality commercial landscape projects.
- Manage staff, approve timesheets, participate in recruitment, and provide training and feedback to ensure a motivated and well-prepared team.
- Supervising subcontractors.
- Ensure all relevant site staff and subcontractors have read and understood SWMS and are adequately trained.
- Ensure the site is in total compliance with the companies Integrated Management System for Safety, Quality and Environment.
- Thoroughly check plant and equipment, accurately filing the appropriate logbook.
- Promptly off-hire appropriate hired-in plant and equipment upon task completion.
- Provide daily site diaries and submit staff time sheets.
- Reading and interpreting plans.
- Soft Landscaping Enhancement - including planting, spreading soil, mulch or gravel, turf laying, topsoil spreading, and lawn seeding as required.
- Hard Landscaping
- Projects including paving, retaining walls, drainage, irrigation, etc.
- Hard Landscaping - Timberworks - Fencing, decking.

**What type of Person will be successful**:

- Minimum two years landscaping and supervisory experience.
- Have a sound knowledge of the commercial landscape industry.
- Experience with all aspects of hard and soft landscape.
- Qualified landscaper.
- Construction Industry White Card.
- WWCC preferred.
- Current drivers licence.
- Safety training and certifications are advantageous.
- You will have strong management skills with the ability to manage, mentor and coach a team of highly skilled people.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
