Advertising Specialist

Red Sky Trust is offering a great opportunity for a talented Advertising Specialist to join our dental clinic in Sydney. In this position you will be responsible for creating advertising campaigns and implementing sales strategies for the clinic which has recently expanded and increased its capacity. You will need to implement strategies that will reach the target demographic for the business and result in positive ROI.

Key responsibilities include:

- Create and plan advertising campaigns that align with the company objectives and target audience.
- Continue to build a strong brand image throughout all advertising.
- Perform research to identify locations within Australia that would be most suitable for a new clinic location.
- Create engaging and persuasive ad copy and visuals to use across multiple advertising platforms.
- Research and select appropriate advertising channels and platforms to reach the target audience effectively.
- Develop and manage advertising budgets for campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and best allocation of funds.
- Manage all social media platforms and keep up to date with emerging platforms.
- Develop campaigns that deliver high quality leads that are likely to convert.
- Monitor and analyse current and past advertising campaigns using KPIs to evaluate successful campaigns and make improvements based on findings.
- Conduct market research to identify and target specific audiences for maximum impact.
- Continuously optimise ad campaigns through testing, adjusting targeting parameters and staying up to date on current affairs and trends.

To be considered for this role you must have:

- 5 years experience as an advertising specialist
- Full clean driving licence
- Experience using EXACT
- Experience using Active Campaign
- Target driven mindset
- Track record of hitting targets
- Experience working within the dental or medical industry and a thorough understanding of AHPRA guidelines.

Work Hours

Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5pm

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

- Advertising: 5 years (required)
- Dental advertising: 3 years (required)
