**What will my duties include?**
- Clean all kitchen equipment and ensure fridge is stocked
- Rubbish disposal
- Preparation of food to assist chefs
- Monitor supplies in accordance with food volume and menu requirements

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience in a large bistro kitchen environment or a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen (desirable)
- Understanding of current Food safety legislation (HACCP)
