**The Role**

Approach is seeking HR officers and Junior Business Partners to join a Canberra based firm. You will work with the wider HR team to provide support across all facets of HR, such as:

- Talent Sourcing
- Organisational Capability and Culture
- Workplace Relations
- EBAs

Working in an experience and developed team, you help will drive change and projects across the business, seeing immediate effect and outcomes to your work. You will be provided support and guidance, and have the chance to learn and upskill across a variety of HR practices.

**What you need**

To be considered for this role you will have, or are currently working towards, a relevant qualification in Business Management or HR. Experience in the field will be highly regarded.

Due to the nature of the work, all applicant must be
- Australian Citizens_, with the ability to obtain a
- Baseline Clearance_.
