WesTrac currently has an opportunity for an **Accounts Payable Officer** to join our team in South Guildford on a full-time permanent basis.

Reporting to the **Procure to Pay Manager**, this position is accountable for ensuring the accurate processing, verification, and reconciliation of vendor invoices and statements as well as the completion of payment runs on a rotational basis. This role would ideally suit someone who has good interpersonal skills and high attention to detail. Ideally you have SAP experience and are looking to progress your career in Accounts Payable.

**About You**:

- Experience in data entry, invoice processing, or similar position
- Computer literacy, Excel and SAP experience - highly desirable
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
