**How will I help?**
The Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) team and Business Unit focuses on understanding our clients and their industry to provide our customers with solutions that meet their business needs. Our Chief Operating Office (COO) team focuses on developing the strategic direction of CIB, advocating for the business on operational & technology initiatives.
Reporting to the Director of Reporting & CORE, you will play a pivotal role leading the Reporting, dashboarding and metrication, along with centralising CIB COO reporting. Supported by a team of two employees, you will partner with a range of stakeholders across CIB and WIB to assist with uplifting the reporting function to help drive performance and actively manage risk.
You will:
- Manage Reporting, dashboarding, metrication and action by the CIB LT
- Consolidate reporting activities performed by COO teams
- Streamline and Digitise COO Reporting
- Manage reporting to Group committees and Board
- Managing the Business Strategy Review (BSR) process
- Quarterly and Monthly Business Review process
- Collaborating with LOB partners (e.g. Head of Data, Head of Value Chains, Head of Customer Insights & Advocacy, PMO, BC&M) to effectively coordinate, streamline and digitise reporting.

**What do I need?**
You will have significant experience working in corporate, institutional banking and finance industry, ideally with a focus on delivery of Sales Reporting, Insights and recommendations. You will utilise your strong analytical and commercial capacity to identify, plan and prioritise strategic improvement opportunities. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills and proven experience working with stakeholders across the business. Some more qualifications which are advantageous are:
- A good understanding of banking products and processes, systems and policies across multiple business divisions is preferable.
- Tertiary qualified in an analytical focused field such as finance, business, or economics
