You're equally comfortable juggling tasks behind the scenes or shining in client-facing conversations. Organized, proactive, and passionate — you thrive in fast-paced environments where high standards are the norm.

**What You’ll Do**

As our **Experience and Engagement Lead**, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering outstanding client experiences, whether through direct support or account management. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing high-level, front-line service to clients and customers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients/customers.
- Understanding client needs deeply and crafting tailored service solutions.
- Representing the company with warmth, clarity, and confidence.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Currently based in Queensland, Australia, with plans already underway to relocate to Canada.
- Strong background in luxury hospitality or high-end customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Naturally empathetic with top-tier problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and obsessed with delivering excellence

**Nice to Have**
- Experience in **customer-facing sales** or **account management**:

- Familiarity with **CRM systems.**:

- **Bilingual** in English and French (an asset but not required)
