Our brand new service at ** is looking for a passionate **Assistant Coordinato**r to assist with managing the service and providing engagement programs for our primary-age children. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering, 27.5** hours per week, working across split shifts** to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.

**About the role**
Co-managing a team of Educators, you'll have the perfect balance of support and leadership opportunities. You will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years, with the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

- Enjoy working with kids
- Strong and clear communication
- Team player with a desire to become a service leader
- Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
