The business employs over 300+ fantastic people with a humble/inclusive culture. We provide over 30,000 tonnes of seafood annually to leading foodservice operators and major supermarkets.

We are currently seeking **Processing Assistants** to join our **Lobster Processing** department in Canning Vale on casual employment basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Unloading lobster received from Lobster Depots.
- Grading lobster according to size and quality;
- Monitoring lobster tanks and reporting any problems relating to tanks, water quality, and/or water level
- Regularly removing any lobsters that may not be suitable for Live Export;
- Ensuring that lobsters are washed and thoroughly cleaned;
- Wrapping and packing lobsters to supervisor's direction.

**To be suitable for this role you must be able to demonstrate**:

- Be able to work various shift patterns to meet business demand - including weekends.
- Be reliable, hardworking and self-motivated
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Have flexible hands-on work attitude and a good level of physical fitness

**Essential Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a wet environment with live Lobsters
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Available to start work immediately

Successful applicants will need to provide a minimum of 2 current references, a current Police Clearance Certificate, and attend a pre-employment medical with drug & alcohol testing.
