**What You Will Be Doing**
**About the role**
We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team on a part time basis, 30 hours per week.
- The great role will see you answering incoming calls from patients or their carers communicating results or providing dose information as well as liaising with Hospitals, nursing facilities and pharmacies.
**Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following**:
- Answering high volume incoming calls
- Making outgoing calls to patients and/or their carer to communicate their results and warfarin dose instructions
- Other discussions will relate to changes to medical history, and/or other medications; discussions with patient pre and post procedures, and hospital admissions
- Accepting New patients registered into the Warfarin clinic and obtaining a full medical history from doctors and hospitals
- Liaising with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and nursing facilities
- General administration tasks and managing patient files
