We are currently seeking a **Talent Acquisition Coordinator**to work within our high performing Talent Acquisition team in Brisbane, coordinating the post-offer process for Australia-wide and New Zealand recruitment.

The scope of this role is broad and will include coordinating recruitment processes, supporting new starters, providing support for systems and processes, monitoring legal compliance, on-the-fly problem solving, participating in advertising, phone interviews and other projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the onboarding process of new employees into several Boeing subsidiaries across Australia and New Zealand
- Liaise with hiring managers in relation to, and coordinate all newstarter requirements including but not limited to Pre-Hire Checks and contingencies,
- Create and issue employment agreements and various letters
- Identify and develop process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure 100 % data integrity of HR and TA systems.
- Participate in a range of TA Projects
- Identify opportunities to innovate and improve our services

**Education**

Relevant qualifications in HR or Business would be highly regarded but are not essential.

**Experience**
- 2+ years’ experience in a human resources role, including proficiency in Workday or other HR Software or ATS.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a problem-solving mindset
- High level attention to detail and accuracy, with well-developed and effective written communication and interpersonal skills
- A desire to constantly improve and look for opportunities to innovate and change, think outside the box and look for solutions.
