**What capacity needs to be filled**:
We require a casual worker who can fill positions primarily to conduct home maintenance such as installation of
doors, fixings, flooring, cement work repairs, furniture assembly, recaulking, window cleaning, priming and painting
surfaces, pressure washing, AC cleaning, car wash. Landscaping work which intersects with handywork such as
constructing plantar boxes and limestone/Jarrah benches may also be available to this position. As demand
increases, the possibility of transition into a part time position may present itself in future, however, this is entirely

- Knowledge of personal health and safety and ability to use PPE is crucial.
