**Opportunity**

As the Corporate Communications Lead, you will be a key player in our clients mission to enhance brand reputation, engage stakeholders, and drive effective communication strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and executing comprehensive communication plans to support business goal and objectives.
- Creating engaging content for internal and external channels, including press releases, articles, and social media posts.
- Building and maintaining strong media relationships to secure positive coverage and manage any crisis communication.
- Work collaboratively and in building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve communication and engagement goals and objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
- Tracking and analysing communication effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.

**Your Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a corporate communications role within the financial services sector (ideally).
- Proven experience with corporate reporting, media relations, communication and marketing strategies, high-level speech writing, briefing packs.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to align communication initiatives with business goals.
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to advocate and influence to achieve desires outcomes.
- Ability to successfully manage competing priorities and communications and engagement tasks to ensure milestones are achieved and deadlines met;
- Excellent commercial acumen, analytical by nature and thrive in a collaborative environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
