**Responsibilities**:
1. Receive and ship orders: Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing orders.

2. Assist with warehouse operations: Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

3. Pick, pack, and consign orders: Accurately pick and pack orders, ensuring they are properly labeled and prepared for shipping.

4. Inspect and re-pack returned orders: Inspect returned orders, identify any damages or discrepancies, and re-pack items for re-shipping or storage.

5. Perform general warehouse duties and maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, perform routine maintenance tasks, and report any equipment or facility issues.

6. Conduct routine stock-takes: Participate in regular inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

7. Unload and receive stock from container deliveries: Assist with unloading and receiving stock shipments, ensuring accurate counting and storage.

8. Maintain a clean and hygienic workplace: Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and free from hazards.

9. Provide exceptional customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information as needed.

10. Collaborate with the team: Work closely with other warehouse staff, management, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:
1. Energetic, positive, flexible attitude: A can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

2. Strong communication and work ethic: Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong work ethic.

3. High attention to detail and accuracy: Ability to accurately pick, pack, and ship orders, and maintain accurate inventory records.

4. Driver's license: Preferred, but not essential.
