About the role

Our Sales Support Officers (Real Estate) are the first person our clients see when they walk into an Elders office. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support the sales teams in building relationships with clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career.

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer Real Estate to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Ours is a branch that is growing, with big plans for our future In readying ourselves for this growth, we are developing our team. If you have strong aspirations to succeed in this role right now and a particular interest in the property management space or a background in it then we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities**:
As a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:

- Providing expert administrative support to the Real Estate team, allowing the branch to develop and foster professional relationships
- Assisting in the preparation of documentation, such as advertising contracts and information memorandums
- Accurately recording funds, completing trust fund transfers and supporting the debt collection process
- Creating promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the Elders brand
- Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
- Maximising promotional opportunities

About you

- Have a sound knowledge of, and an interest in, the Real Estate Industry
- Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment
- Are smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
- Are passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community
- Have a keen eye for detail and a background in business administration
- Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients
- Have previous experience as a Property Manager with an understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation (preferred) or a willingness to work towards
- Hold a current unencumbered driver’s licence
