They are a large privately owned well estblished financial services firm established specialising in Wealth Managemtt and Investment Advise. Over the years they have sustained their growth by building meaningful, long-term relationships and providing a superior client experience. They specialise in optimising the total financial position of high-net-worth individuals, predominantly professionals and business owners. They believe in building long-term relationships with their clients and supporting them through their financial journey.

**The role**

**What we looking for**

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planner with proven business development ability, a client-first approach and big-picture thinking. Their practice has grown year-on-year for over ten years, and we are seeking an individual who can work with us to keep this momentum going while providing high quality advice to their clients. There is full para-planning and administrative support to assist in servicing clients.

**About you**
- Minimum five years in Financial Planning and demonstrable ability to provide high level integrated advice in investments (including direct equity), superannuation, retirement planning, tax structures and risk and estate planning
- Tertiary qualified including completion of their Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and attained or progressing towards FASEA compliance
- Track record in business development and can demonstrate an increase in revenue year-on-year in previous roles
- Proven capacity in establishing and maintaining high quality client relationships
- Skillset to drive brand building activities and brand awareness
- Honed commercial acumen to contribute to business strategy
- Experience in managing or mentoring a team and proven capability to inspire staff to high performance
- Emotional intelligence to interact with clients and staff in the most effective manner
- Highest ethical and professional standards
