We’re seeking an experienced Wildlife Supervisor to join our team, providing hands-on leadership and training to guide a motivated, high-performing front-line team. **Key Responsibilities**:

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven leadership skills with experience in training and motivating teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise competing demands effectively
- Tertiary qualifications in Certificate III in Captive Animal Management (or equivalent) highly regarded
- Extensive hands-on experience working with Australian wildlife
- Physical fitness for demanding manual tasks and a high-energy work environment
- A current driver’s licence
- A commitment to excellence and the ability to exceed expectations in your role
