**Role Overview**
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Floor Manager is responsible for the total operations of their allocated departments including promotion of sales, achievement of sales budgets, profit margins and labour goals. In conjunction with the HR manager, the Floor Manager will also be responsible for the management of employees by coordinating rosters, training and skill development, performance management and recruitment. Two exciting opportunities have emerged to join Adelaide’s Finest Supermarket as Trading Floor Manager at the Frewville store or Fresh Floor Manager at the Pasadena store.
