This position is full time, working in the
**vibrant Bondi Junction office **located within minutes from public transport.

**What will you be doing?**
- Consulting with customers on the product range
- Handling escalations and refunds
- Costing and invoicing
- General administration duties associated with the role

**You will ideally have the following skills**:

- Previous experience in hospitality, retail or any customer service background
- Previous **call centre** experience is highly regarded
- Experience working in a fast paced environment and a "can do" attitude
