Aston Carter have partnered with a nationally recognised company within the Financial Services industry to recruit two Customer Service Consultants for contract positions with strong views of extension. Our client places high importance on training and up-skilling their workforce to equip them with the right skills to succeed and progress in their careers.

**The Opportunity**

This is a fast-paced role that requires someone with exceptional time management skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders. As a Customer Service Consultant, you will support a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient, effective and timely co-ordination of customer orders, ensuring proactive communication with all stakeholders throughout the order process. Working within a supportive team, this role will be given the support to succeed.

**The Role**

As a Customer Service Officer, your day-to-day duties may include:

- Meeting customer expectations with timely execution & co-ordination of the order process.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to provide professional outcomes for the delivery of customer orders.
- Update and maintain accurate customer and merchant records.
- Comprehensively learn & understand company products, processes & systems.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Previous Customer Service & Junior Administration experience.
- Previous experience in direct dealings with customers and suppliers
- High level of initiative, motivation, energy and drive to achieve KPI’s.
- Driven and determined attitude with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
