The Trade Marketing Manager will work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to support the development and execution of the omnichannel marketing strategy. You will lead and assist in determining the key elements and activities required to execute the initiatives. By acting as a true business partner to our key channel partners, you will be responsible for delivering both instore and trade events activations as well as digital activation campaigns for our Paslode and Stockade brands.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Work with key trade partners in the development of co-marketing programs to support strategic account plans, using commercial insight to support and validate recommendations
- Maintain a regular cycle of key channel partner visitation for each brand across Aus & NZ.
- Understand category best practices in retail merchandising and bring though leadership to planning and broader marketing team
- Develop annual trade and event calendar ensuring alignment with the overall strategic plan
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Sales Leads to support the trade requirements and go to market planning for all new product entries.0
