**Your new challenge**

Reporting directly to Head of Marketing, the Marketing Operations Assistant will support the marketing department and broader business to deliver go to market HCP and D2C campaigns to drive referrals and increase patient volume. You will be keen to learn, a strong self-starter and have a strong focus on delivering outstanding service and promoting the Marketing function.

**What You’ll Do**
- Work with marketing team to support the delivery of national multi-channel HCP and D2C campaigns in line with business priorities
- Monitor the workflow/traffic of marketing requests through from the business and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to deliver on-time content and assets
- Marketing & sales related administrative support and ad-hoc requests including processing invoices, managing online materials portal, merchandise samples, and national events
- Maintain brand management systems and registers, including collateral library and content review timelines
- Coordinate on-time delivery of local promotional activities including print, out of home, and digital marketing programs aligned with local plans
- Manage and coordinate marketing and sales meeting calendar cadence and WIPs
- Coordinate external supplier timelines and support where required to support wider business
- Assist in the development of digital material design and creative initiatives for other marketing-related activities, such as awareness days and internal engagement activities
- Other Marketing duties as required

**Who You Are**
- Tertiary qualifications (or currently studying) in marketing or related field
- 1-year experience in marketing, events, or related field desired, but not essential
- Experience working in a healthcare environment will be highly regarded
- Strong desire to learn and develop new skills
- Self-motivated individual with ability to multi-task and take initiative
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs
- Flexible and adaptable work style
- Strong desire to learn and develop new
- Positive, pro-active personality with a collaborative mindset

**Salary**: $4,850.50 - $7,300.00 per month
