We’re hiring for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, who’ll be based at our 40-hectare primary processing site in Cannon Hill.

**The Role**

Reporting to the CFO, you will be a trusted advisor & part of the finance leadership team. This multifaceted role offers a broad mixture of both strategic and operational responsibilities and opportunities.
You’ll build strong relationships with our operational managers and the broader finance and service support teams to provide information and influence decision making that delivers value adding, results driven information for our stakeholders.
Key objectives include monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting, identifying opportunities to improve financial performance, driving continuous improvement and systemising processes, developing team capability/wellbeing and upholding our business values.

**About you**

Whether you come from a consulting background, an advisory, role or as an analyst/controller in a commercial environment, the important thing is you’re a strategic thinker who can help guide our operational leaders to drive commercial performance.

You’ll have led accounting teams preferably in an agricultural or manufacturing environment. You’ll ideally be CA/CPA qualified, having a great knowledge of Power BI or other data analytics tool. Your ability to influence and nurture your team will be a key to success, as will your dedication to the supporting the CFO.
