**The Team**

The Document Automation Consultant (DAC) will work in our Automation and Client Solutions (ACS) team with a focus on developing and implementing document automation for high volume transactions.

**The Role**

The Document Automation Consultant will work with both the ACS team and broader legal teams to deliver technology and precedent solutions tailored to specific client needs. It is not anticipated that interaction with external clients will be required.

This role will involve:

- **Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborating with various stakeholders in your organisation, such as Legal SME's, Document Champions, Process Automation Team and the Process Transition Team, to ensure that the automated document creation and management processes meet the needs of the organisation, and communicating updates and changes as needed.
- **Process Efficiency**: Ensuring that the document creation, coding and management process is efficient, effective, and meets the needs of the organisation. This involves analysing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting document automation solutions, as well as collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to ensure success.
- **Developing and implementing document automation solutions**:you will be a key team member in developing and implementing document automation solutions for MinterEllison. This will involve using specialized software to create document templates and developing custom scripts to automate document generation.

**More About You**
- An advanced word processing skill set including formatting and styles in Microsoft Word 2013/2016
- Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and products.
- Experience in automation/coding platforms including logic reasoning
- Tertiary Qualifications utilising coding principles or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of clause and formation options within baseline document templates
- Attention to detail and excellent work ethic
- Commitment to delivering outcomes with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work well as a team member
- Experience using document automation software
- Good analytical skills
