**ABOUT WARRIKAL**

Warrikal is a Western Australian owned and operated, multidisciplined engineering company across the mining, marine and resource sectors. Since our beginnings in 2016, we've become a preferred supplier to the resources industry delivering complete turnkey solutions for disciplines including mechanical, electrical, civil, fabrication and access support solutions.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Due to extensive growth, we are currently seeking a
- Manage HSE duties to provide an injury-free workplace.
- Maintain and foster a working environment which prompts lateral thinking.
- Implement HSE initiatives.
- Facilitate site-based project inductions and awareness training.
- Develop qualitative risk assessments.
- Conduct internal audits and workplace inspections.
- Facilitating compliance with hazard and materials risks management.
- Communicate HSE expectations and requirements during pre-start and client meetings.
- Provide immediate support for incident investigations, hazard management and follow-up on closeout actions.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum Cert IV HSE or Diploma in OHS
- Formal incident investigation training (TapRoot, Essential Factors or ICAM)
- Demonstrated FIFO experience in the mining and resource sector.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Sound knowledge of risk management.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and Lead Auditor qualification desirable.
