**What you’ll do**:

- Pinpoint and troubleshoot complex engine, transmission and steering faults using OEM diagnostic tools.
- Strip, repair and reassemble engine and drivetrain components to Volvo-exact standards.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance—oil changes, fluid services, software updates—ensuring every vehicle leaves at its peak.
- Translate technical issues into plain language for Service Advisors so our customers feel informed and confident.

- Trade qualification plus current Volvo (or other OEM) certifications.
- Sharp mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset.
