**About the Role**:
The objective of this role is to acquire and retain contracted sales within the SMB (Small to Medium Business) portfolio, ensuring each contract delivers commercial value while aligning with both business objectives and customer requirements. By delivering exceptional customer service, the role fosters strong client relationships, leading to long-term customer loyalty and sustainable business success.

**What You'll Do**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, while optimising margin outcomes and driving achievement of key financial KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, which increases customer satisfaction and the retainment of customers.
- Deliver clear and transparent information on products, pricing, contract terms, and any additional fees. Educate customers on available options, highlighting how each choice can benefit their business.
- Introduce RingCentral, our cloud-based communication and collaboration platform to businesses of all sizes, offering services; including voice, video conferencing, messaging, team collaboration, and contact centre solutions, all accessible via desktop and mobile devices.
- Present our Teletrac Navman telematics and fleet management solutions, to help businesses manage their vehicle fleets more efficiently and safely through GPS tracking, real-time data analytics, and reporting tools.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2 years + experience in sales or service roles, with a solid understanding of sales methodologies.
- Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- Demonstrate ability in converting leads to sales, and a strong drive to achieve/exceed set sales targets.
- Sales courage You will have a mentality to seek out and close new opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You to be self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player.
- Demonstrate resilience and sound judgment in dealing with business and role specific challenges.
- Enthusiasm for our products and a genuine interest in helping customers.
- Work independently and also as part of a team.
- Understand hosted cloud telephony and vehicle tracking systems (Desirable).
- Current driver’s license is essential.

Pay: $55,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
