We’re building a vetted list of quality cleaners to be our go-to team as we grow. We’re looking for independent contractors who are:

- Reliable and punctual
- Thorough and proud of their cleaning craftsmanship
- Strong communicators - honest, easy to work with, and responsive
- Great at working independently and solving small problems on-site
- Open to flexible, gig-style work
- Professional in attitude, appearance, and reliability

**What a Typical Clean Looks Like**
- Receive a booking with all details (location, time, checklist, etc.)
- Arrive on time and complete a full turnover clean: beds made, bathroom/kitchen spotless, restock supplies, stage the space
- Take before/after photos
- Report any issues (damage, guest mess, missing items, etc.)
- Notify us when the job is done

Most cleans take 2 to 5 hours, depending on the size and requirements.

**Pay & Payment**
- Flat rate per job: $60-$210 AUD or more per turnover, depending on property size and requirements
- Paid weekly via bank transfer
- No waiting on clients - we pay you directly

**Opportunity for Growth**

We’re growing fast. Cleaners who consistently deliver excellent work will be prioritised for more bookings and may be offered lead roles as our team expands.

**Reclean Policy (Transparency First)**

Veloclean offers a Reclean Guarantee to clients. In rare cases where a legitimate cleaning issue is verified (e.g., missed checklist items or clear photos), we may ask the original cleaner to return. However, recleans will not be requested for issues caused by normal wear and tear, damage, or circumstances outside of the cleaner’s control (e.g., guest misuse). We always handle these situations fairly and never expect re-cleans without clear proof of a cleaning-related issue. Details will be outlined clearly in the contract.

**What You’ll Need**
- 1+ year of experience in Airbnb cleaning
- ABN (Australian Business Number) or willing to register
- Your own reliable transport
- A smartphone for photos & communication
- Ability to follow detailed checklists precisely
- You must have the following equipment:

- Vacuum cleaner
- Mop and bucket
- Microfiber cloths
- Cleaning sprays and disinfectants for kitchen, bathroom, toilet, glass, and general surfaces
