About ORCA Cleaning

ORCA Cleaning is a fast-growing, premium cleaning company trusted by Airbnb operators, property managers, and offices across Perth.

We specialise in:

  • Airbnb / Short-Stay Turnovers – hotel-style resets for premium hosts
  • Vacate / End-of-Lease Cleans – bond-standard, detail-driven
  • Daytime Office Cleaning – professional, flexible schedules

We are now seeking experienced, professional cleaners to join our team as demand for Airbnb and vacate services continues to grow.


What We Offer
  • Award casual rate: $35.89/hr + super + penalties (Cleaning Services Award 2020)
  • Paid allowances (travel, etc., where applicable)
  • Consistent work across Airbnb, office, and vacate jobs
  • Flexible hours – primarily day shifts (occasional weekends)
  • Quality equipment and supplies provided if required
  • A professional, supportive team environment with clear systems

Who We're Looking For

This role is for experienced cleaners only.

If you are "trying out" cleaning or lack experience, please do not apply.

We require cleaners who can:

  • Demonstrate proven experience in Airbnb, vacate, or office cleaning (6–12 months minimum preferred)
  • Work independently and uphold premium cleaning standards
  • Follow structured checklists and maintain consistency job after job
  • Communicate professionally with team members and clients
  • Be flexible with casual shifts, including some weekends

Essential Requirements
  • Current Police Clearance (or ability to obtain one quickly)
  • Valid Australian work rights (no sponsorship available)
  • Own transport strongly preferred
  • High attention to detail and pride in your work
