This is a faced paced role that is part of a close team looking after all online order processing and daily picking, packing and processing incoming stock. You will be an integral part of this team which has a supportive and highly motivated internal culture that pushes you to succeed. The role would suit someone who is outgoing, fit, active, and has a positive, can-do attitude.

Duties include:

- Picking and packing alongside other team members
- Respond to assigned customer service tickets promptly and professionally.
- Investigate and seek effective solutions for customer enquiries and complaints, escalating as needed.
- Meet daily KPIs and ensure that all orders are being fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Gain and understand product knowledge.
- Upkeep of processing and dispatch accuracies.
- Handling order complaints and returns.
- Reporting to management.
- Processing of incoming goods; apparel, swimwear, etc.

- High level of computer literacy
- Excellent customer service
- Clean drivers license
- Clean criminal record

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $27.50 - $28.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

- Driver Licence (required)
