- The Financial Investment Manager is required to manage the investments and assets on behalf of the company. _
**Overview**
- This role will lead and drive a high performing team in the development, delivery and management of assets, including providing investment pipeline and experienced asset management capability._
- This role requires demonstrated exceptional leadership as it is crucial in the providing exceptional solutions._
- Key responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day team operations including managing task allocation and maintaining a daily task tracker for both completed work and management reporting. _
**Job roles and responsibilities**
- This role requires the incumbent to _
- Conduct thorough due diligence, develop investment strategies, and monitor performance
- Evaluate investment opportunities, risks, and potential returns to determine the suitability for inclusion in the portfolio
- Identify and assess potential opportunities based on various criteria, including investment strategy, historical performance, risk management, and alignment of interests. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective managers
- Monitor the performance and risk characteristics of existing holdings. Identify any potential issues or changes that may impact the financial performance
- Prepare investment recommendations and reports based on comprehensive research and analysis
- _Possess comprehensive knowledge of domestic and international investment instruments including equities, futures, options, spot and forward foreign exchange, swaps, Fixed Income, and Managed Funds_
- _Take lead on raising debt and equity for construction funding and acquisition of new development sites, including reviewing and negotiating terms_
- Ad hoc projects as assigned by the Company
**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Experience in staff management including performance management, recruitment, induction, setting KPIs, assigning tasks _
- Demonstrable and proven experience in a senior role managing team interacting with key stakeholders_
- Experience with multi-regional and onshore/offshore teams_
- Strong leadership skills and management skills _
- Strong ability to foster a strong and agile team_
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver value add processes to meet demanding deadlines_
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with people at all levels of the organisation and build strong relationships and trust with clients and internal stakeholders_
- Deep understanding of investment techniques, and risk management practices_
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions_
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner_
Pay: $150,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
