Aurora Early Education, founded by a mother-daughter duo, is an early education service that aims to 'exceed' in all areas of service. **We want to connect with you Here are the things you need to get started for this role.**
- A “we can do this” attitude
- A positive personality that is open and reflective
- Certificate 3 or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA assessed qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years working in Early Childhood
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current CPR, First Aid with Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
- Knowledge in NQS, EYLF/VEDYLF, practice principles and reflective practices

- Engage with children, creating learning opportunities and a safe environment for them to grow
- Communicate and build relationships with families
- Work collaboratively with other educators to better further the overall quality of the service
- Build your professional development and industry knowledge.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
- Rotating roster
