**About the role**

As Team Leader, Member Services at MUFG Pension & Market Services, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional member experiences in a dynamic, service-driven contact centre environment. This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to drive operational excellence, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure service delivery aligns with both regulatory standards and organisational goals.

You’ll empower consultants through effective coaching, proactive problem-solving, and strong stakeholder engagement, guiding them to consistently exceed performance targets and uphold quality benchmarks. With a clear focus on client delivery, you will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to member-centric service and contributes meaningfully to the success of our clients and the broader strategic goals of MUFG Pension & Market Services.

**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Proven ability to provide effective leadership within a team, including mentoring, coaching and developing your team to meet customer service objectives
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills to motivate a team to achieve individual and team KPI’s
- Experience in a Contact Centre environment in the financial services industry is a significant advantage
- Ability to prioritise, organise and forward plan to ensure SLA’s are met
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills in a team leadership role
- University Degree (or equivalent), ASFA Certificate / Diploma, or relevant superannuation administration experience/Contact Centre experience/RG146 is not mandatory but a significant advantage
