Bethanie’s Service Team provides a central point of service to all prospective Bethanie customers to ensure they make an informed decision about their future care needs. Additionally, the team assist customers with all admission processes such as arranging pre-admission assessments and providing critical information on our services.

We are seeking a **Team Leader - Services Team** to provide oversight and leadership of the admissions team. Reporting to the Manager Customer Services Team, you will provide leadership to a diverse team and coordinate team member activities to ensure efficient and effective assessments and admissions of Residential and Community customers. You and your team will be responsible for the on boarding of customers in Residential, Respite and Community services.
- Permanent part-time position, based at our Bethanie head office in Pier Street, Perth
- Working 4 days per week, 30.4 hours

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage, coach and mentor a team made up of clinical and non-clinical team members ensuring that a high level of customer service is provided to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure that all processes, information, database systems and documentation used and provided by the Service Team are current, accurate and of a high standard
- Utilise change management skills to ensure consistent process improvement
- Coordinate team rosters and shifts, process team timesheets and monitor and update the training matrix
- Assist with all reporting requirements and ensure all KPI’s and SLA’s are met and exceeded
- Proactive management of complaints and staff performance related issues

**About you**:

- Previous success within a leadership position with demonstrated experience mentoring, training, motivating, coaching and developing a diverse team
- A high level of computer literacy with exposure to systems such as Procura and iCare highly advantageous
- Experience in Aged Care including Residential and Community Services
- Familiarity with the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Home Care Guidelines 2013 highly desirable
- Be energetic and customer focused and drive business improvement
- Have a “can do” attitude and an enthusiasm and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Skills to develop new processes, administrative systems and monitoring/quality systems
- Have empathy and passion to help people
