**About the Role**:
As a **Inside Sales Specialist - Outbound**, you will play a vital role in driving **Global Payments' growth** by introducing our innovative product suite to a wide range of SME businesses, with a focus on identifying, nurturing and converting **outbound leads.** This is a great opportunity to make an impact while building meaningful relationships and helping customers realise the true value of our products and services.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:

- Conducting outbound calls to connect with prospective clients, building and cultivating relationships that address their unique needs and challenges;
- Educating customers on how our products and services can benefit their businesses, ensuring they understand the value we bring;
- Qualifying outbound leads to ensure a strong fit between our offerings and the client’s needs, providing tailored solutions, converting opportunities into profitable sales, to achieve annual revenue targets;
- Coaching customers to maximise the full potential of our services, ensuring they feel confident and supported;
- Generating referrals for new business by fostering positive, long-lasting relationships with new clients;
- Working collaboratively with a growing team to execute and refine our sales strategy.

**About you**:
You are someone who thrives in an outbound sales environment, with the confidence to make cold calls and engage with a wide range of businesses. You are passionate about making an impact, value a supportive and inclusive culture, and are motivated by the potential to help customers succeed. A genuine interest in FinTech, software, or technology will be an asset, however above all, we’re looking for someone who is driven to succeed and excited to grow with us.

- Ideally, previous experience in outbound sales, including prospecting and cold calling in a B2B environment, with a focus on building strong, meaningful connections;
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify business opportunities and initiate new sales in a competitive environment;
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to break down complex ideas and make them accessible to all;
- A natural ability to understand our customers' needs and align our products to help them succeed;
- Strong time management skills and an eye for detail, ensuring that nothing slips through the crack;
- The ability to work independently and take ownership, while also thriving in a supportive, collaborative team environment;
- Empathy and a genuine passion for helping customers improve their business practices;
- A drive to succeed, with the ambition to reach personal and team goals, while growing and developing in your career;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for making lasting impressions;

**Salary**:
The salary for this role is a base of $70, 000 - 85, 000 per annum + superannuation + commission with an On Target Earning (OTE) of $120, 000. Commission is uncapped.
