Our Host Employers are reputable within the financial and accounting industry and are focused on working together with their clients to successfully achieve financial and lifestyle goals.
These fulltime roles are extremely diverse and will see you being involved in all administrative tasks, both front-facing and behind-the-scenes to equip you with knowledge and skills to enter position upon completion.
Given the scope of these traineeships there are two qualifications on offer:
**Certificate III in Business** (18mth) or
**Certificate III in Accounts Administration **(24mth), both options are paid for, where you will receive allocated study time within your working week to complete.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage staff calendars and appointment schedules
- Follow-up missing and incorrect client information
- Create and maintain client files within industry databases
- Document management and processing including scanning and filing
- Additional administrative tasks as required
**Skills and Attributes**:
- Possess a positive and proactive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise time effectively
- Thrives working within team environments and independently
- Motivated with a willingness to learn
**Role Requirements**:
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Technology and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
