**ADF Rehabilitation Consultant**:
As an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant at Acumen Health, you will call on your clinical reasoning skills and clinical expertise to support ADF personnel who have suffered from injury, illness, or trauma. Working with the only rehabilitation service provider to ADF personnel, you will take a holistic care approach for your client that gets them fully fit and military ready to defend and protect Australia. Working with motivated clients, you will develop, implement, and monitor their rehabilitation plans whilst having onsite access to medical and treatment providers (Doctors, Physio’s, Psychologist, etc.) for additional direct support.

Set working hours means you can truly have WORK / LIFE balance - no overtime, no outside of work hours work, etc. Enjoy early starts and early finishes: 7:30am - 3:30pm. Part-time options available.

Joining a high-quality service provider, you will be SUPPORTED and MENTORED through direct interaction and an extensive onboarding process (incl. ongoing shadowing) to build your technical knowledge and expertise and enable your success.

**What will make you successful**:

- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ASORC/RCAA, ESSA or AASW)
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Osteopathy, Nursing or Social Work
- Strong clinical reasoning
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
- Passion to help people rehabilitate
