**The Opportunity**:
Working as part of the Service Department in Wacol, you will join a team of highly esteemed mechanical specialists who focus on safety, quality and building a work culture they are proud of. In addition to supporting with various routine operations, the Leading Hand will coordinate, lead and motivate our team of Service Technicians. We are ideally seeking someone with extensive industry experience who is self-sufficient, motivated, highly organised and brings a safety-conscious “get things done” approach through the day to day.

**Roster**:Monday - Friday

**Role Located**:Wacol, QLD

**Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- High level technical experience completing diagnostics and repairs across a fleet of plant machinery
- Australian recognised and relevant trade certificate
- Capable and competent in leading, supervising & mentoring a team
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Understanding of quality and test procedures.
- Current unrestricted QLD Drivers Licence (HR Licence preferred)
