Gym Attendant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to join our team as a Full-Time **Gym Attendant/Lifeguard in Mosman, NSW **. The role primarily involves overseeing the gym and swimming pool areas, ensuring the safety and well-being of patrons, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain a safe environment in the gym and swimming pool areas
- Supervise patrons and enforce safety regulations
- Conduct regular equipment checks and ensure proper maintenance
- Assist patrons with equipment usage and provide guidance on exercise techniques
- Perform lifeguard duties, including water surveillance and rescue operations
- Administer first aid when necessary
- Interact with patrons in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries and providing assistance
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the gym and swimming pool areas

**Requirements**:

- Current First Aid and Pool Lifeguard Certificates
- Strong swimming skills and ability to perform lifeguard duties
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends, as required
- Must be willing to undergo Baseline Clearance
